Correction Policy

How to report an outdated fact, source issue, calculator assumption, broken link, or tool problem.

How to report an issue

Email lollipopcheong@gmail.com with the exact page URL, the statement or result to review, the date noticed, your suggested correction, and a current official source where available.

What to include

For a tool issue, include the device, browser, inputs, observed result, and expected result. For a content issue, quote the relevant wording. Screenshots may help, but do not send passport numbers, booking references, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

Human review and action

Reports are reviewed against the Source Policy and the page's purpose. A material issue is corrected when the evidence supports a change. Safety-sensitive, official-rule, airline, entry, payment, and booking issues receive priority. Spelling or clarity fixes may be made without a public correction notice.

Calculator and AI-plan issues

Calculators are checked for formulas, labels, defaults, currency behavior, empty states, copy/reset controls, and edge cases. AI prompts and itineraries are checked for clarity and unsafe certainty. Neither type of output is treated as a confirmed fare, schedule, exchange rate, legal entitlement, or booking result.

After a correction

A meaningful correction may refresh the visible review date and sitemap date. External facts can change again, so readers should still verify the current responsible source before paying, traveling, or making a claim.

Review boundaries

TripPlanWise cannot provide emergency support, represent a provider, or resolve an active booking or legal dispute. Corrections improve the site but do not replace confirmation from an airline, regulator, authority, venue, insurer, or seller.
