Client-side tools and personal details

TripPlanWise tools run in the browser and do not require an account. The site does not intentionally collect planner text on a TripPlanWise server. Avoid entering passport numbers, payment details, medical records, private booking references, or confidential documents into a planner or general AI assistant.

TripPlan Passport local storage

The optional TripPlan Passport stores selected trip-planning fields in this browser under the local-storage key tripplanwise-trip-v1. It is not an account and TripPlanWise does not receive its contents. You can inspect, export, import, or clear it from any connected validation tool. Do not store passport numbers, booking references, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive data in it.

Google Analytics

TripPlanWise uses Google Analytics for aggregate usage insight, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser category, referring pages, and basic interactions, depending on browser and consent settings. Planner text is not intentionally sent as an analytics event.

Advertising cookies and personalised advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements on TripPlanWise. Google advertising cookies may help show ads based on a visitor's prior visits to TripPlanWise or other websites.

Google and its partners may serve personalised or non-personalised advertising depending on the visitor's consent, location, browser choices, and advertising settings. Other authorised advertising vendors may also use cookies where applicable.

Visitors can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and review Google advertising technologies. Where applicable, visitors can also use an industry advertising opt-out tool.

Consent choices may be available through the site's consent message. Visitors may change or withdraw consent where the live consent platform provides that function. Browser controls can also block or delete stored cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

TripPlanWise links to official authorities, providers, maps, and other sites. Those services have their own privacy practices and data handling, which should be reviewed separately.

Privacy questions can be sent to lollipopcheong@gmail.com and are reviewed by the TripPlanWise operator. Requests about data controlled directly by Google or another linked provider may also need to be made through that provider's privacy controls.
